In Alaska, Gakona, (United States) in 1993, the HAARP project began, a project to study the Earth's ionosphere. HAARP, which stands for “High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program”, aims to better understand how radio wave transmissions work in the ionosphere, the upper part of the atmosphere. Is that all it is?
According to the official version, the main objective is to expand the knowledge obtained to date about the physical and electrical properties of the Earth's ionosphere. This would make it possible to improve the functioning of various communication and navigation systems, both civilian and military.
The HAARP high-frequency antennas (about 180 antennas, and growing in number) send waves to the ionosphere in order to heat it. In this way, the effects of the most diverse interactions of temperatures and pressure conditions are studied.
The great ionizing agent of the Ionosphere is the Sun, this layer has a high concentration of ions.
Let's say that HAARP is an ionospheric heater, its antennas can transmit billions of watts of energy into the atmosphere, making the ionosphere boil, transforming it into an "antenna" and reflecting these waves back to Earth, causing climate change, earthquakes and it is suspected that it also influences human consciousness. In 1996, a newspaper "Airpower Journal" admitted this fact.
Climate Manipulation:
In 1958, the White House's chief adviser on climate change (cp Howard T. Orville) said that the American Department of Defense was studying new means of climate manipulation by using an electronic beam to ionize or de-ionize the atmosphere in a certain region.
