Pentagon was Hacked

Operation Anti-Security (or AntiSec) was a series of hacking attacks carried out by Anonymous and LulzSec, targeting government and corporate websites, and involving the release of stolen data. While the Pentagon was not specifically targeted in the early stages of Operation AntiSec, the operation did involve attacks on various government and corporate entities, and the Pentagon was later targeted by other hacking groups and foreign intelligence services

The Pentagon admits that it was the target of a cyber attack in March, and 24,000 files were stolen.

I find these things funny: the Pentagon, which claims to be a mega military security force, an intelligence center, and with a budget of billions of dollars,
and they let themselves be invaded so easily?

They say that the attack was carried out by a Nation (they don't mention a name, but I bet they'll blame China).

An interesting detail that I found: they say that the attack was carried out through the computers of a company that provides services to the Pentagon.

This is curious, because the hacker group Anonymous had declared that they had invaded a website of a company that provides consultancy to

It was the Antisec operation (sec: abbreviation of security).

They even published the list of 90,000 emails from the said company (Booz Allen Hamilton), and also deleted 4GB of source code.
