"There are some fantastic things, aren't there?"...
New photographs released by NASA show a "Cosmic Hand", very similar to a human hand, enormous, reaching out to touch space as if it were trying to reach it.
The image was captured by NASA's telescope located at the Chandra observatory and shows a nebula 150 light-years long, that is, 142,000,000,000,000,000 km, the largest hand in the universe.
The ghostly, blue fingers are, according to the agency, caused by a "pulsar".
A pulsar would be a very fast star, which releases energy and matter into space, causing formations like this hand.
The name of this particular pulsar is PSR B1509-58 or "MSH 15-52".
The nebula is formed by countless electrons and ions emitted by the phenomenon that is at least 1,700 years old
